Dispute Resolution

We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days. If the dispute is not resolved within that period, either party may proceed with formal legal action in accordance with the governing law and jurisdiction provisions above.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sullivan Street Projects LLC regarding your use of the Site, and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether oral or written.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
